2 cups chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1# asparagus, cut into 2" pieces
8 sun-dried tomatoes (not oil-packed), chopped
1 1/2 red or yellow bell peppers,chopped
1 medium red onion,chopped
1 1/2# boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2" strips
1/2 tsp each, dried thyme, oregano, and basil
salt & pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil

Saute onion, tomatoes, garlic, chopped peppers, and dried spices in hot oil, until onions and peppers wilt. Add chicken strips to give them a little color. Add broth and asparagus, and simmer until asparagus is tender and chicken is cooked.
Serve over hot pasta.
