4 boneless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2 in thickness
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
seasoned bread crumbs (as much as needed)
8 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese
1 jar (16 oz) favorite spaghetti sauce
grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Whisk together the egg and milk.
2. Dip the chicken breasts in milk/egg mixture and then in the bread crumbs.
3. Pour a little olive oil in a skillet - over medium/high heat, brown chicken on both sides until golden.
4. Set chicken in baking dish & pour a small amount of spaghetti sauce over each chicken breast.
5. Place 2 pieces of cheese on each breast & then pour remainder of spaghetti sauce over all.
6. Sprinkle desired amount of Parmesan cheese over the entire dish.
7. Bake at 350º for about 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly.

Serve over spaghetti noodles with garlic bread and a nice green salad!
