1 egg
1 tb. milk
3/4 C. grated parmesan cheese
1 1/4 C. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. paprika
8 4-oz. catfish filets
1/4 C. margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Beat the egg together with milk in a medium bowl. In another bowl, stir together cheese, flour, salt, pepper and papirka.
3. Dip catfish in the egg mixture, then dredge in the cheese mixture until coated. Arranage fish in a single layer in a 9x13 baking dish. Pour melted butter over top.
4. Bake15 minutes or until golden brown.
