2-3 lb boneless pork rib-end roast
3/4 c. Orange Marmalade
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Roast pork in shallow pan in 350 oven for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, stir remaining ingredients for baste. Apply baste mixture to roast and continue to roast for 20-30 minutes, basting occasionally with glaze. Roast until internal temperature reaches 155-160. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
