3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon flour
1 cup raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cup sour cream
4 Tablespoons sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. If cream is sweet, add 1 teaspoon vinegar.
2. Separate the eggs and beat the egg yolks; add the sugar which has been blended with the flour and cinnamon.
3. Add sour cream and chopped raisins.
4. Cook until thick.
5. Pour into baked crust.
6. Beat the egg whites to a stiff froth. Add 4 T. sugar.
7. Spread on top of pie and brown slightly in a very slow oven--300º.
