Crumb Topping:
1 cup flour
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter/oleo
Fruit mixture:

4 cup rhubarb (diced)
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together crumb topping ingredients until crumbly.
2. Press 1/2 of the crumbs in greased 9" layer pan.
3. Cover with rhubarb.
4. In small saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, water, and vanilla. Cook stirring until thick and clear. Pour over rhubarb.
5. Top with remaining crumbs.
6. Bake in 350º oven for 1 hour.
7. Serve warm plain or with ice cream or Cool Whip.
