Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon soda
1 cup sour milk or buttermilk
2 cups flour
2 cups rhubarb (1/2" pieces)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream brown sugar, sugar & shortening.
2. Add eggs and vanilla.
3. Add soda, milk and flour.
4. Fold in rhubarb.
5. Spread in 9x13 inch pan.
6. Combine 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
7. Bake in at 350 for 45 min.
