1/2 cup cooking oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
4 squares chocolate, melted
2 1/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla

1. Beat oil, sugar, and eggs.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Chill until firm.
4. Roll into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
5. Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
6. Store in freezer in air-tight container.
