1 C. Sugar
1/2 C. shortening or 1/4 lb. butter
2 eggs
1 C. sour cream
2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp.baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp. almond extract
Filling:
1/4 C. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together 1 C sugar and shortening.
Add eggs, sour cream, flour, baking powder , baking soda, pinch of salt. beat until smooth. Add almond extract. grease tube pan and pour 1/2 of the batter into pan. Mix toghter sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Pour filling over batter. Pour rest of batter on top of filling. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
