1/2 C. butter
4 C Zucchini
1 Onion
1 tsp. garlic
Salt
Pepper
2 eggs
1 pkg. 8 ox. Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Fry butter, zucchini, onion, garlic, salt, pepper until cooked.
Mix together eggs, and cheese.
Press crescent rolls (Pillsbury works best) into a pie pan. Spread mustard over pastry. Add both mixtures together, pour into pie pan.
Oven 350 for 20 minutes. Allow to set for 10 minutes.
