1 Pillsbury frozen deep dish pie shell
1 Pillsbury refrigerated unbaked pie crust roll
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups frozen corn (thawed)
2 cups frozen mixed veggies (thawed)
3 skinless/boneless chicken breasts
2 tsp. flour

Boil chicken until almost done, reserve 1 cup of the water, cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Mix chicken, soup, and veggies in bowl.
Add 1/2 to 1 cup water to mixture
Add flour and stir
Pour ingredients into frozen pie shell, cover with remaining pie crust, trim and flute edges
Cut a few slices in top of pie to vent
Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes or until brown and bubbly
(Hint: bake on cookie sheet in cake it bubbles over)
