1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, quartered
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/4 pound sliced cooked ham, cut into strips
1/4 pound thinly sliced salami, cut into strips
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup onion, grated
salt and pepper, to taste
hot sauce to taste
8 ounces thin spagetti, uncooked
dressing (recipe follows)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 10 ingredients in a large bowl: toss gently. Set aside. Break spaghetti into pieces. Cook according to package directions: drain well.
Add spagetti and dressing to artichoke mixture, tossing gently to combine. Cover and chill thoroughly.
