2 c. White Lily Cornbread Mix
1 1/3 c. skim milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 t. light mayo
1 t. Splenda

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients until moistened. Don't worry about small lumps. Pour into 8 x 8 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
