2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
4 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1 can (16 oz.) creamed corn

Kick it up a notch by adding :
1 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1-2 fresh jalapeņo peppers diced (can use 6-8 pickled jalapeņo slices, diced)
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9"x 13"" baking dish.
Bake @400 degrees (375 degrees for glass dish) for 30 to 35 mins. or until set in center.
