2 lbs. fish 1/2 cup milk 1 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/4 cup oil
1. Cut fish into portions. 2. Combine milk and salt. 3. Dip fish in milk and roll in crumbs. 4. Place fish in single layer on a well-greased baking dish. 5. Pour oil over fish. 6. Bake 500º 10-15 minutes until fish are browned and flake.
