2 c lukewarm water 1 pkg dry yeast 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c sugar 1 tsp salt 6 1/2 - 7c sifted flour 3 T olive oil
1. Dissolve yeast in water, then add egg and sugar. 2. Combine salt and flour and add 1/2 to yeast mixture. Then add the oil and mix well. Add rest of flour. 3. Divide into amts for the size pizza you are making. 4. Extra dough can be wrapped (air tight) and frozen to use later
