Ingredients:  
1 # margarine 4 c flour
1pkg dry yeast 1/2 c warm milk
3 egg yolks 1 1/2 T sugar
Butter cream frosting

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add yeast and 1/2 T sugar to warm milk. Set aside and let foam.
2. Cream eggs with margarine, add yeast mixture and then add 1 T sugar and flour. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
3. Roll out dough and cut 1 1/4 -1 1/2" circles with a glass or cookie cutter.
4. Form a depression in center and fill with prune, apricots or other fruit filling. Let rise for 1 hour.
5. Bake at 350º until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack and frost.
