1 pkg dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c warm water
1 c butter 2 T sugar
1 1/2 tsp orange rind 1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs yolks 2 1/4 flour
Filling
3 egg whites 3/4 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon 1 c nuts, chopped
Glaze
3/4 c powdered sugar 1 1/2 T orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar and add egg yolks, orange rind and vanilla.
2. Add flour 1/4 c at a time and beat until well blended. Divide dough into 3 parts and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
3. When ready to bake prepare filling. Beat egg whites until frothy, add sugar and cinnamon and beat until stiff peaks form.
4. Roll each portion of dough to 16" x 12" rectangle and spread each with 1/3 of filling. Roll lengthwise.
5. Place on baking sheet and let rise 1 hour.
6. Bake at 350º for 20 min.
7. Combine powdered sugar and orange juice. Glaze while warm.
