l pkg lime jello
1 cup boiling water
1 3 oz. cream cheese,softened
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 small bottle ( or less) maraschino cherries
1 can crushed pineapple (well drained)
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 green pepper chopped (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Pour hot water over jello and dissolve. Chill until it begins to congeal. Whip cream and mix with cream cheese. To jello add nuts, pepper, cherries,& pineapple. Fold in cream and cheese mixture and put into bowl or a mold. Let stand in regrigerator until firm

you can use 2 pkgs of jello and 2 cups of boiling water if you want a large portion. You can also use any flavor of jello
