2 8oz pkgs cream cheese
3 Tbsp chopped parsley
1# cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp green onion, minced
2/3 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2/3 cup Red Wine vinegar
3/4 tsp dried basil
2 oz jar pimento,drained
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine liquids and spices. Shake well to thoroughly blend. Cut cheeses into 1/4" pieces.
Alternate in a shallow serving dish. Pour marinade over , cover, and place in refrigerator for at least 8 hours, before serving. Serve with crackers on the side.
