3 Cups Plain Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 Cup Crisco Shortening
1 Egg, slightly beaten
6 T. Cold Water
1 tsp. White Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 3 Cups flour and 1 tsp. salt. Cut 1 Cup Crisco Shortening into flour mixture with a pastry cutter, until it has a cornmeal texture.

Combine 1 Egg, slightly beaten, and 6 T. Cold water. Sprinkle over flour mixture.

Add 1 tsp. White Vinegar to mixture.

Stir lightly until mixture forms a ball. Divide in half and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill overnight and roll out for the best pie crust you will ever taste!

Makes 2 pie crusts with a little left over that you can use to make mini-pies in your muffin tin.
