1 Devils Food Cake Mix
3/4 c. Shortening
2 Eggs

Filling:

3 oz cream cheese, soft
21/2 c. Powdered Sugar
2 T. Butter/ Margarine, soft
1 T. Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of Salt

1 Devils Food Cake Mix
3/4C Shortening
2 Eggs

Mix all together. Roll dough into 1/4inch balls. Bake at 350 for 5 mins on bottom rack, then 4 mins on top rack.

White Filling:

3 oz cream cheese, soft
21/2C Powdered Sugar
2 TB Butter/ Margarine, soft
1 TB Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla
Pinch of Salt

Mix everything, but the milk together. Add a little bit of milk until you get the constitincy of icing you want. Better to be thick icing. If the icing is too runny it won’t stay on the cookies. Then put in between cookies like a sandwich.
