1 bag small red potatoes, cubed
1 small yellow onion, minced
1 large dill pickle, chopped small
1/2 cup pickle juice
1 1/2 cup mayonaise
Dill Weed
Salt / Pepper

Directions:
Boil potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and imediately pour the pickle juice over the hot potatoes. Mix with the remaining ingredients.
