1 head of cauliflower
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Place cauliflower in a microwave and oven proof dish. Fill the dish with 1/2 inch of water. Cook the cauliflower in the dish for 15 minutes. Drain the water. Smear the condensed soup all over the cauliflower head. Bake it in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream and bacon bits.
