1 C. mayonnaise
1 C. grated parmesan cheese
1 14-oz. can of artichoke hearts
2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350º.
2. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, parmesan, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, and garlic. Transfer to an 8x8 baking dish.
3. Bake 30 minutes or until surface is bubbly and browned.
4. Sprinkle with paprika and serve warm with bread, crackers, or vegetables.
