1 stick butter
6-8 apples
Cinnamon to taste
1 c. sugar, divided
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. self rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
Chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 stick of butter in a long pyrex dish. Peel and slice apples and place over butter. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and 1/2 c. sugar. In a separate bowl, add 1/2c. sugar, brown sugar, flour, vanilla and egg. Mix well. Mixture will be thick. Place over apples. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and bake at 350º for 30 min. or until golden brown.
