1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Mix well. Roll into walnut sized balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and using a fork, press down twice making a diamond pattern. Bake 10 - 12 minutes.

This is a favorite of the children in our family. They like to make them for tea parties at grandma's. The recipe came from their great-grandmother Florence Mueller.
