Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
1 tbsp melted butter
1 C warm water
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients and add enough flour (about 3 C) to make a soft dough. Work out on floured board until blistered. Grease dough on top and place in a greased bowl and cover. Let stand 2 hrs. Make small balls of dough, about the size of a small lemon, and roll out very thin (paper thin) on floured board. Deep fry until golden brown and drain on absorbant paper. This is a rather big chore, so many times I have divided the dough into two parts, and I roll out each part on the table on a clean white, floured tablecloth. I then pull the dough, stretching it carefully, as large and thin as I can get it. I then cut it into squares, triangles and various shapes and deep fry.
