Ingredients:
1/2 lb corn masa*
2 C water
1 tbsp cocoa
1/2 C sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
5 C milk
1 13 oz can evaporated milk

Directions:
Place in blender masa, water, cocoa, sugar and spices. Blend until smooth. In large heavy pot, combine masa mixture with milk and cook over low to med. heat, stirring constantly, until thick, about 8 min. This becomes lumpy and burns easily if you don't stir.
*Masa may be purchased at any tortilla factory, or use Masa Harina (available at most grocery stores) and follow instructions on package to make masa.

This is usually served at Christmas time with bunuelos.
