6 eggs 2 C packed brown sugar 2 C sugar 4 tbsp all-purpose flour 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 2 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp salt 1 1/3 C evaporated milk 4 C pumpkin 2 9" pie shells
Beat eggs; add brown sugar. Sift sugar, flour, pie spice and nutmeg together; add to egg mixture. Blend in pumpkin; add milk and salt. Bake at 400ºF for a few minutes then reduce to 300ºF and bake until knife comes out clean.
