1 Pound Large shrimp (approx 20 per pound)
2 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
1/4 cup roasted red peppers
4 or more cloves garlic, crushed
dash of red pepper flakes
olive oil, to coat pan
1/2 cup white wine
Loaf of crusty italian bread

Directions:
Directions:
In pan, fry up bacon and garlic until bacon is cooked but not too crisp and garlic is lightly browned. Add olive oil and red pepper flakes to pan and add in roasted peppers, sautee lightly and add in peeled and cleaned shrimp. Once shrimp become pink on one side, pour in wine and turn shrimp over to finish cooking. To not overcook. Pour into large bowl and dip bread in garlicky broth.
