1 taza de arroz integral
1 cebolla blanca pequeña picadita
1 cucharada de mantequilla
2 tazas de agua
2 cubitos de caldo de pollo
¼ taza de pasas
1/3 taza de almendras cortadas en palitos y tostadas

Directions:
Directions:
En una cacerola saltear en mantequilla la cebolla picadita, luego agregar el arroz, las pasas, los cubitos y el agua; dejar que rompa el hervor a fuego fuerte, revolviendo una o dos veces.

Reducir el fuego y tapar. Cocinar a fuego suave por 45 a 50 min. o hasta que el arroz esté tierno y se haya absorbido el líquido. Retirar del fuego.

Añadir las almendras, sazonar con sal y pimienta y revolver con un tenedor.
