2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 lb butter
1 c. sour cream
2 c. Swiss cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms in butter. Cool. Preheat oven to 350. Blend sour cream into mushrooms (may also add 1/4c. fresh parsley). Transfer to 9 x 13" baking dish.

Sprinkle cheese over it. Bake 15 minutes or until bubbly.
