2 cups rice or sliced potatoes 1 large onion 1 can mushroom soup 4 lg pork chops, sliced in half
Grease baking dish. Layer rice or potatoes, pork chops and onion, and continue to layer until all 3 of these ingredients have been used. Cover with undiluted mushroom soup. Cover baking dish and bake at 400º for 1 1/2 hours.
