12 cup water with 1 tsp salt
3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
2¼ cup flour
2 eggs
½ tsp salt
½ cup water
4 T chicken flavor stock
½ tsp parsley
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cup chopped onion
2 T butter
½ cup cream
3 T white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in salt water. In separate bowl mix: flour, eggs, salt and water to make med/soft dough.
Snip dough with scissor into cooking potatoes. Boil 10-15 minutes, turn down to simmer and add chicken flavor, parsley, and cream of chicken. Brown onion in butter and add to soup. Simmer additional 10-15 minutes, remove from heat and add cream and vinegar to taste.
