1 to 1.5 lbs. ground beef, 1 med. green pepper, 1 med. onion, 3 slices bread, 1 can tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste, enough milk to soak bread

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Soak bread with milk. Chop pepper and onion. Mix ground beef, onion, pepper, and bread with salt and pepper. Shape into loaf. Cover with tomato sauce and bake in 350 oven for about an hour.
