2/3 C of sugar or Splenda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
3 Cups of milk
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp. of vanilla
3/4 C of coconut
1 pie shell, baked

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, flour, cornstarch, and milk. Cook over medium heat. Stir constantly until it thickens. Boil for 1 minute. Stir in egg yolks. Boil for 1 extra minute. Stir in butter, vanilla, and coconut. Pour into baked pie shell. Cover with icing and brown with coconut on top.
