2 pkg (10oz) Frozen Cut Broccoli
2 cups frozen Whole Onions
1 pkg (3oz) Cream Cheese (cut-up)
4 Tbsp margarine
2 Tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup dry bread crumb
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to pkg directions. Drain well. Cook onions in boiling salted water about 10 min., drain. In saucepan, melt 2 Tbsp margarine. Blend in flour, s&p, and milk. Cook & stir until thick. Reduce heat, blend in cream cheese until smooth. Stir in broccoli and onions & turn into a 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Melt remaining margarine. Toss with bread crumbs and cheese, and spread on top. Bake 15/20 min more.
