2 medium yellow summer squash, sliced
2 medium onions, sliced
2 cans chicken broth
Freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and onions in chicken broth for 15 minutes. Add pepper and yogurt. Puree in blender, or using hand-held blender. May be served hot or cold. Garnish with additional yogurt and pepper.
