1 box yellow cake mix,
milk to replace water,
zest of 1 lemon,
2 earl grey tea bags,
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil milk with tea bags and set aside to cool.
empty cake mix in bowl
mix egg and oil in seperate bowl
strain milk and add to mix beat till incorperated adding egg and oil mixture a little at a time.
fill any fancy muffin pan 3/4 with mixture bake till done. Serve with your favorite tea.
