1 taza de arroz
3 tazas de agua
palito de canela
3 clavitos de olor
1 tarro de leche evaporada
1 tarro de leche condensada
1 cucharada de azúcar
2 claras
2 yemas
1 cucharadita de vainilla
pizca de sal

Se lava bien el arroz.

En una cacerola se pone el agua a hervir. Luego se echa el arroz con la canela y los clavitos de olor para que cocine.

Cuando ya está cocido y espeso se echa el tarro de leche evaporada, el de leche condensada, el azúcar y la sal. Se mueve todo el tiempo.

Cuando ya está espeso se retira del fuego y así caliente se le agregan las dos claras previamente batidas a punto de nieve a las que se les ha ańadido las dos yemas. Mezclar con espátula en sentido envolvente y agregarle la vainilla.

Vaciar a una dulcera y espolvorear con canela en polvo.
