Salt and pepper
1 boiled egg
Salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 slices of breakfast bacon, fried very brown

Directions:
Directions:
Add salt, pepper and chopped egg to diced potatoes. Mix with salad dressing or mayonnaise. Add finely chopped bacon to the salad mixture.

Katherine was a great cook, especially for a crowd. Julia, her sister, said she did not do everyday cooking, but loved to "cook big." You'll find several of her recipes which were contributed by other family members. This was one from the old cookbook.
