5 parts Lawry's
1 part pepper
1/2 part garlic pwd.
1/2 part Accent
1/2 part Bon Appetite

Pat over roast put in lid covered foil. Bake 1 hour for 250º then 170º and bake entire night. It will be ready to eat at 1 PM
