1 small onion, chopped
2 TB butter
1can Cream of Celery soup
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
4 cups baby carrots, steamed
1 ½ cups Stove Top stuffing
¼ cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sauté the chopped onion in the butter until soft.
Combine sauted onion, Celery soup, cheese, and carrots in a bowl and place into a greased casserole dish. Top with stuffing and drizzle butter over top.
Bake uncovered for 30 mins or until bubbly.
