6 cups flour
1 large yeast
2 cups crisco
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together to form a soft dough. Let rise 45 mins. Punch down and divide into six balls. Chill for 1-1/2 hours. Roll each ball into 2"squares. Spread each square with nut mixture. Bake at 350º until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet at once.

Nut mixture:
1 cup sugar
3 tbsps.cinnomon
1 bag of shelled nuts, ground very fine
enough milk to make a paste
