1 chicken, cut up (eight pieces)
4 heads garlic, peeled
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons brandy
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken pieces in large, deep pan. Add peeled garlic cloves, and chicken broth. Cover and bake in 350 oven until chicken is done.(25/30 minutes). While chicken is baking, combine sour cream, brandy and mustard. Remove from oven, and place chicken pieces on a plate. Stir the sour cream mixture into broth, off the heat. Mix well, and return chicken to pan. Bring to heat and serve over angel-hair pasta.
