3 1/2 C milk
1/2 C sugar
1/3 C cornstarch
2 eggs
pinch of salt
vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Use double boiler. Put milk in top of double boiler, heat over boiling water until milk has a skim on top. Mix sugar, cornstarch, eggs and salt and stir into hot milk until thickened. Add vanilla- pour into sauce dishes. Top with cool whip if desired.
