1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Directions : Preheat oven to 350. Spray cookie sheet with Pam and set aside.

Mix all ingredients together very well. Make quarter size balls and flatten with your hand. Place on nonstick cookie sheet. Cook for 12 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before trying to remove from pan. Makes 12 to 18 cookies depending on the size.

For Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies - add 1 pack of Maple and brown sugar to mix oatmeal. If ingredients get too dry add a couple drops of water. Cook for the same amount of time as above.
