4 Cx Breasts, skinless & boneless
1 1/2 cups cx broth
1/2 cup white wine
3/4 tsp basil
1/2 red pepper, julienne
1/2 yellow pepper, julienne
1 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Brown cx breasts in butter and oil. Add broth, wine, basil and garlic. Cover and bake 20 min. Then add peppers, re-cover, and bake 20 more min.
To serve, place chicken on a sheet pan, cover with pepper strips, then cheese.
Place in oven until cheese melts, and serve over pasta, with sauce around.
