1 8oz cream cheese
1 6-1/2oz can crabmeat
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tsp creamy horseradish
freshly chopped parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, crab meat, and soy sauce. Form mixture into a ball, and roll in freshly chopped parsley to coat. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate.
Mix ketchup and horseradish to make sauce.
To serve, place seafood ball in center of plate, pour sauce over and surround with crackers.
